Online Return/Exchange Policy

Online purchases may be returned  to original form of payment if notified within 7 days of delivery and must meet the following criteria


Restrictions and Criteria

1. Must have original receipt with tags attached to the merchandise

2. Merchandise must not be worn, altered or damaged in any way

3. Footwear returns/exchanges must be sent in proper shipping box including the original shoe box - Please do not attach shipping label directly to shoe box

4. All sale or final sale items are not eligible for return/exchange

5. All sales of body care products and food items are final and not eligible for return/exchange

6. Used or opened candles and diffusers are not eligible for return/exchange

5. No price adjustments will be made on previous purchases
