Ilse Jacobsen has chosen to make all Ilse Jacobsen rubber boots out of the finest single-estate 100% natural rubber from sustainable harvests. This pure, natural rubber is mixed with their own secret recipe, making the fundamental composition 85% pure, natural rubber and 15% secret recipe. Entirely PVC-free, Ilse Jacobsen boots contain no animal by-products. To make sure that your feet stay dry and comfortable, they have lined all Ilse Jacobsen rubber boots with a mixture of 60% viscose and 40% cotton.

They have placed nice and warm inner soles in them, made of 45% viscose, 35% polyester & 20% poly-acrylic. Ilse Jacobsen rubber boots soles are made of oil-resistant lightweight EVA, withstanding temperatures down to -40 degrees Celsius and the rubber uppers withstand temperatures down to -20 degrees Celsius.

The production line for assembling each boot is a slow process, as every part of the boot is handmade and assembled by hand. Consequently, each pair of boots have an unique appearance.

Wash with lukewarm water and soft soap and use a Ilse Jacobsen care product: sponge or silicone oil to obtain the best maintenance of your boots.
